A drink or beverage is a liquid intended for human consumption. In addition to their basic function of satisfying thirst, drinks play important roles in human culture. Common types of drinks include plain water, milk, juices, coffee, tea, and soft drinks. In addition, alcoholic drinks such as wine, beer, and liquor, which contain the drug ethanol, have been part of human culture and development for 8,000 years.

Reduced fat  milk is  skimmed or semi-skimmed milk, all of the fat is removed and then drunk.It is one of the healthy drinks.

Health Benefits:   Helps protect against osteoporosis. Because it has carbohydrates, protein, and a little fat which enable you to  stay full longer.It also stabilizes blood sugar. Milk is the ideal source of calcium, because it contains vitamin D, which is needed for maximum calcium absorption. It may also help your body stop storing fat.
