12 Favorite Foods Of Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) And Their Benefits
Our Holy Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) loved eating these food items – both for their taste and their benefits and advantages. It is direct Sunnah to use these items while cooking food. Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) believed in these items’ benefits for the human body and loved eating them.

The Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) said: Barley is good for fever, when cooked in a form of soup.
